A few updated pics.  Finish work is coming along slowly but surely.  A lot of grinding and sanding with much more to go.  The floor was smoothed over and sanded, then gelcoat applied to fill any pin holes.  Non skid and paint will be the last step.  Cap still needs to be finished as well as the front deck.  Custom transom cap turned out pretty good.  A few minor mods and seems to fit well with everything.

Looking good!  I really like the transom cap.  What are your plans for deck drains?  I didn't see anything in the pics.

Deck drains are going to be in the rear deck corners.  Scuppers are already installed on the transom.  The drains just need to be installed and plumbed once the all the finish work and paint is done.

Inside of the hull all sanded and finished, ready for primer, paint, and non-skid.

How do you plan on running and accessing the rigging tube to the motor?

The rigging tube for the motor is already installed on the transom.  The tube on the transom can be accessed from the rear transom doors which still need to be installed(the square cutouts).  Then the boat rigging tube can be accessed from the bildge hatch.  Should be fairly easy to run the rest of the wiring.  I had already pre run wires for the batteries and all dash switches.  Just a few things left to run forward.

No I never sold it.  I had to end up getting rid of it because I had no place to put it.

That looks awesome! The transom cap is super cool and I love the way you did the non skid around the doors. Really nice!!

By the way which non skid did you use? Did you apply it then paint over it?
