2. trim tabs done
3. add fishfinder done
4. BMS jackplate done
5. trolling motor done
6. fix gelcoat damage from previous owner done
7. add some underwater LED's
8. make/add 40 gal livewell leaning post
9. have seabob wire the whole boat done
10. buy a new trailer done
11. buy correct 4-blade prop
12. have boat painted done

great job on your projects this year Aaron!guess we should bring this thread back,it is "winter" somewhere.
think my project is going to be installing a back up bilge pump,wired direct to the battery with a separate float switch and outlet,my thought was to use an 1100 gph rule on a float switch about the same level as my main pump,wire it direct to batt 2 and use 1 1/2" or 1 1/4" hose and a ss outlet.....opinions??

[Double Trouble]

Not to much to do this year.
1)  Change fishbox macerator going to try Whales Gulper Grouper fish box pump.

2) Thinking about a Garmin GMR 18 HD radar trying to find a 3210 display to use with it.

3) And possibly a Furuno GS32 to use as a seperate plotter for all my bottom pieces I fish.

1) Fix lights on trailer before I pull the boat. (backed into tree)

2) Got to mount the new GPS/chart plotter I picked up at the Annapolis boat    show over the weekend. (Can't go to a show and not buy something)

3) Find new seats for the helm and passenger (mine broke)

4) Make cup holders for the sides, next to the seats. (also broke)

5) repair the fishing tackle that expired over the summer        

6) Add shut off valve to seperate the fish wells (idea I saw on this site)

7) Need new Dock Box for Marina
