Looking good  :thumright:
Those TNT are 24V, correct? Now you'll have 3 batteries under the console? Should be room.

Antibling,
Any progress lately?  Anxious to see the finished product.  Did you ever say what power you are hanging off the transom?

Haven't done a whole lot, been lazy. I've been slowly filling and sanding the transom to make it look pretty. Using Adtech filler. Looks pretty good thus far, VERY close to factory. Also found the perfect console over the weekend. I was going to a friends house and I spotted the console sitting in this guys yard with all kinds of other junk and it looked PERFECT for the boat so I knocked on his door. When he said $100, I handed over the money and ran as fast as possible lol greatest deal ever, IMO.

And some goodies. Couldnt pass up the price, found them on craigslist, complete for 400. Just need to buy the lenco trim tab switch.

Great work ANTIBLING. I was wondering about those trimtab/trolling motors, they must create a lot of drag when it's being used (trolling), the way they are designed! I was planing on fabricating something similar but without the tabs, I already have one 55lb Navigator trolling motor(the one that mounts on the anti-ventilation plate), use another one and mount both (motor and bracket) on hinges

Yeah, I really don't know how well they are going to work, although I've heard nothing but good things about them. I just picked them up because of the price

OK, boat has been sitting for sometime because of my lack of time because of school/work/lack of place to work on it. I'm currently trying to sell a dune buggy I built for the sole purpose of making funds to pay someone else to finish the boat. I found a local shop that does good work for a cheap price so I'm going to bring it to them sometime next week hopefully. As soon as it's painted and the nonskid is done, I can get to rigging it all myself. Getting really antsy lately to get it finished.

Or if anyone on the site would be interested in working on it    shout me a holler lol

or if anyone is interested in buying a VW Sand rail dune buggy, shoot me a PM. Thanks!

Man, you were making good progress on that boat, actually did the most difficult repairs on her. What's left to do?

some fiberglass grinding, filling and then paint and nonskid. I just have no where to work on it now, and little paint experience.

OK! how things change    I just moved into a rental house with PLENTY of backyard space for me to work on the boat again. Just got back from buying a carport I found on CL for protection for the boat. I'll be picking it up (hopefully) tomorrow from my buddy's shop. Soon it will be in my backyard yelling at me to work on it so hopefully I will have some progress in the near future! Will post pics tomorrow
