GLOWIN IN THE DARK

Well, I just finished installing the last of the LED's from Rob, (Bumster), WOW, I cannot believe what a difference they make, my neighbor installed some about 6 months back, he got somewhere else, he was dumbfounded at the difference in illumination, I guess that is the 16 LED's per foot compared to some of the others.  I can't wait to get her out at night, hopefully next Friday night the 1st, when the special red snapper season opens, this should be perfect for night ops.... THANKS Rob.. these are GREAT.

WOW! It looks stunning. Thats why it's called Xtreme LED! I dont even know what else to say except thank you for taking the time to post the pics. It changes the whole look of the boat. Glad you like it and If you need anything you know how to reach me

Pete,
What I did, removed the courtesy light switch from my "new" panel, took the old Nav light switch from the old panel, and put it in the courtesy light hole.  Now, UP is for the super cool Blue LED's and DOWN is for the OEM white lights, worked out great.  Last one I have to do is my "Oceans LED" underwater light, going in the transom above the garboard drain, using the "Panel Light" switch for that one, since my gauges are wired lights-on when ignition is on.  That should but a fan like glow shooting out from the stern.  You guys have to get some of these, super easy to install.

That does really transform the old Osprey!  Excellent job...

You know, it's funny, Rob's lights have met with some skepticism on the other forums, a lot say they are too expensive, they'll buy the cheap ebay crap, some say they don't care whether they are waterproof or not...I think it's all a bunch of bullsh!t, if you ask me...

Go Figure! 20k and up boats and they'll put the cheapest crap they can find. If anyone asks Marc not only about the product but the service he received he will have nothing but great things to say. I hear people complain about service all the time and somehow they think if they buy the cheapest crap around they are gonna get a high level of service. I sold Marc the roll of tape and he decided to solder and waterproof the leads himself. when he had questions I took detailed photos of how it was done and sent them to him for reference. you wont get that from E-Bay

Just got back in from out all day, look for the "lewis" Pics  :lol: but my point, is I went across the street to my neighbor who has some blue LED's in his cockpit (and it's pretty much dark out) they are like small blue glows under his gunwale, I was out cleaning up the boat and it wasn't even dark yet, and the entire boat was lit up!! There IS NO comparison to the Xtreme LED lights Rob is selling, and his personalized service, packaged together, you can't do any better.. PERIOD. NUff Said.

Really looks great all lit up.I have the same boat,98/245 TM.Do you have any pics of your dash and console.I see your key is in the front of panel and not in throttle.Do you have original throttle or after market,What type etc.I think I'm needing to replace mine.Any help apprec.

Mark,
Marc has a Yamaha, they don't have binnacles with the key switch integrated in them, it's separate...

I removed the original 12 VDC receptacle in the panel, and installed the Ignition switch, put the receptacle up in the electronics box... No problem...
