Unfortunately for me, I think it looks done. Put her in The water and let her ride.

I might not be fast... but by the time I'm done, it'll sure look like I was in a hurry!

Umecheme, keep us posted.  If I were closer, I would come help throw the ring into the volcano.  Can't wait to see some pics.

Thanks Duffy!  Started squirting primer the other day... slow and steady.

Are you going to do deck hatches of any kind. I am on the fence right now. I want them but don't want to take the month to build them.

I'm putting one round pre-made bilge access in the back... and that's it.  Trying to keep the entire thing as basic as I can. I was hosing the inside off the other day to help get rid of some of the dust, and realized that my console pad holds water.... Had to cut a little channel into it so that it will drain. And fairing, and sanding, and fairing and sanding... The outside of the hull is probably 90%.  The inside is like 80%.  The cap and console are like 50%.  I could fair and sand for a year.  With how well things looked after priming the inside of the hull, I may just start squirting stuff to see how it looks, everything looks terrible with it being all multicolored from the fairing compound.

The primer hides things surprisingly well... wished I'd known that earlier.

P.S. don't look at the transom, it's not ready yet

Been away from home for 10 days, so not a lot of progress.  I've been spending way too much time trying to get the corners of the transom nice and sharp 90's... might be a waste of time, but I'm almost done...

Also, got my jig in the mail for drilling motor mounting holes...

Also ordered some parts to convert the trailer over from rollers to bunks... wobble rollers are $100 a set, and I need 12.... yuck.

Starting to understand the true cost of boats. When I'm done, I will have a boat, but my wife may leave me. I hope that's a joke.

Primed the topside.  The whole inside is primed now.  Trying to get a hang of the HVLP sprayer with the primer before I squirt topside paint... very tough to tell how much coverage you have spraying white on white, had a couple runs on the first pass, 2nd one came out better.  Now I need to smooth it all out with 320...  Bought some guide coat, hopefully that helps.
