It appears that's the way they came from the factory.
Hard to see in the first one but....

Looking at an 04 catalog, the fish's bill points in the direction of the lettering i.e. left to right.
Same way we read,
Unless it's in Hebrew. 8)
How about this?

The decal I'm reffering to is the one Pete posted in this thread.
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6734
There would have to be Port and Starboard sides due to the slant of the decal.

I'm talking about the green hullside graphic with the fish in the middle.

Read a Boating Magazine test of a Carver many moons ago, where they commented that one side had a vent, the other didn't...probably a 44 footer or so...
The comment was made, "But you can only see one side at a time..."
Well done, Marc...

Reminds me of a story dad used to tell about a po-po speed trap back in the sixties. One of his friends was a cop. Two cops were set up on opposite sides of the road about a mile apart.
Here comes this red Ford haulin' a$$. The first cop radios the second one. The second one radios after a minute or so that he hasn't seen the red Ford.
It wasn't 'till after the shift was over and they got to talking...the second cop remembered a GREEN ford that passed him, below the speed limit.....
(It was bi)

Theyhad both sides. They had a lot of the one side and only a couple of the one. I can't rember which. Although if you use the same on both sides I betcha nobody will be the wiser.
