I'm in the minority with my choice of epoxy.  The most popular choice by far, both here and at classic mako is Coal tar epoxy by Rustoleum.  Most guys swear by it.  I was going to let the tank breathe like Pascoe suggests in his tank mounting instructions on marine survey. com, but since I had the minor pitting, I chose to coat it.  Hopefully, I won't know the real results for 20 or 30 more years.  :wink:
