Not sure of your baitwell setup but on my 215 you can turn the water inlet inside the baitwell to shut the water off. Yours might be almost closed and just letting the water squirt in. Also check your valve if your baitwell pump is also a washdown pump to make sure it is turned to baitwell.One other thing is check the intake water screen to the pump and see if it's clogged up
