I went to the ping pong style scuppers and don't regret it one bit.  I used to get water nearly to the leaning post when fishing off the back of the boat but now I don't have that issue.  They do fill up with trash but that is taken care of by cleaning them out before each trip.  Easy enough! I also installed a small bilge pump with on the deck to suck any water out that might come over the transom.

You'll have to use photobucket or some other photo hosting sirte and then post links to your pix in your topics.  Read the LAST post in this topic to learn how to post from photobucket.

The scupper back wash when at rest is one of my pet peeves with the boat!

Has anyone gone ahead and fillied the side discharges and drained the deck straight to the bildge?  With the freeboard the hull has,  I don't come close to flooding the cockpit even inthe roughest weather, but I do have a raw water wash down that should easily be addressed by the high capacity bildge pump I installed so I don't forsee any issues with volume.   Just wondering if any members have an any opinons based on expereince.

i just ordered a brand new lower unit for evinrude ficht 200. total with the new water pump was $897.98 not a bad deal. when i get that back from the shop i am going to redo all the teak wood and then paint the top part of the boat. i will try to post pictures before and after.

You almost have the pic part figured out.
Next thing is you need to scale them to 640x480,  the topic I posted earlier shows how to do that.
Finally, you need to post the UBBCode line from photobucket into your post.  Looks like this:
{img}http://www.classicaquasport.com/gallery/data/500/6813UBBCode.JPG{/img} except replace the { with [

Remember that you want to only read the LAST post of the link I posted - there's only 2 posts in that link. The last one explains photobucket.
