'73 22.2 IO with custom T top needs new decks / repower

I have a 73 - 22.2 IO with a custom T Top it comes with venture trailer.  The boat needs to have the decks and transom done.  The Mercrusier 165 needs a new  manifold, I have one in a box but it needs an adapter plate fabricated for the Rochester 2 bbl carburetor.  My original plan was to re-deck and re-power but I don't have the time or place. The hull is in good shape overall.
I'm looking for someone that would do her right.
