My pleasure SB.
What Bennett did say is that Tom is currently in the ICU unit (hospital unknown) and is awake and moving around.
This is good. :thumright:

I would bet Halifax Medical center in Daytona.  Him and the missus moved back to New Smyrna about a year and a half ago...

First update:  :thumleft:

Friends of Tabman,

I'm Thomas and I work for Bennett Marine in the Client Service Department.

We wanted to let everyone know how Tabman was doing without infringing on the families privacy.  Tabman is currently awake and fairly coherent.  He is eating and having regular physical therapy at this time, but he still has a very long road of recovery in front of him.

The family understands how loved and cherished Tabman is in the marine industry and they "Thank You" all for the words of comfort & encouragement they have received.  Tabman currently isn't able to receive any flowers &/or gifts, but we will keep you informed of any changes in that situation in the future.

Our prayers are with Tabman and his family for a quick & full recovery.

Sincerely,

M.J. Thomas

Thanks for all of your kind words, thoughts and prayers!  They worked, I am finally home and recovering quite well!

I am slowly getting back on line and checking out the forums.

I truly missed being part of the gang over the last month, and reading these posts after I woke up was truly amazing!
