Another update waiting on the material to get here, it should be here by friday and on the guy to get back to me with the good badge to use if I dont hear from him tomorrow I'll have to go a second route of making these badges so when I do get the plastic I can make them as soon as possible.

IF ANYONE HAS A 19-6 BADGE WITH A U AND T INTACT LET ME KNOW PLEASE.

Ok so I received the material to make the mold and the casting resin to make the badges But still don't have the badge 100% I NEED EITHER A BADGE OR A U AND T SECTION TO COMPLETE WHAT I HAVE I'll try to fabricate them but would be much easier to put an original onto what I have or if someone was nice enough to let me borrow one they have that would be the best bet. SOMEONE PLEASE COME THROUGH ON THIS

Hey Chris did you ever have any luck? If Jimct would only see this thread I bet he could help you out. I wonder if any of the guys that got badges from him would be able to help. Come on Cessna, please hook us up!

No luck nobody seems to be on here anymore    And the guy here in town has yet to call me back so im at a stand still with $200 bucks worth of material that is doing me no good sitting around if I could get a t and u I'd be in good shape. Even better if someone wouldlet  me borrow a full intact badge but whatever I can get really.

PM me with your address.  I have one intact 19-6 badge on the boat.  It does have some cracked letters but the rivets are holding it together now.  It will take me a day or three to remove it and get it in the mail but I'll see what I can do.

Ok the mold is done but it stuck to some parts of the orginal piece so there is still trimming/sanding neede to be done to each piece seeing is how I dont have enough RTV to make another mold and it is really expensive so a little elbow grease will have to survice. All I need to know from each of you that want a set is how much work you want to do yourselves.  Its easy to trim the majority of the excess off while it is hot and plyable so with that being said if you want me to sand them to perfection it will be a few bucks more 8)

This is after a coat of plastic paint and sanding
