deck paint

[Fishing Navarre]

I plan on painting the deck of my boat this weekend unless we see this tropical storm (in which case I hope to be surfing). I could use some advice on a good top paint (I have no experience boat painting), I am looking at interlux toplac. I need something durable, easy to apply (roll on) and maintains color through some harsh Florida U.V rays. Any suggestions/ideas from experiences greatly appreciated. Thanks  8)

You want to paint just the deck/floor? If so, you could try RickK easy non-skid

Kiwigrip is the easiest way to a pretty nonskid... and not (prohibitively) expensive either.

So you're still sastisfied choosing that option? How about the color?
I like mine a lot, wasn't sure about the color under my shelter but outside in day light I love it. But the best thing, it seems like it doesn't wear and still is easy to clean, no soap just water. Will see in a year or two

I went with the gray and it still looks very good.  You're right, it does hold up very well.

Sounds like a great option. My deck is a med. beige/tan and gets hot on bare feet. I think I am am going a few shades lighter and hopefully it will help the deck stay a little cooler.
