Bruce, yep, you can use that one.  Your original is item 9153, we used the 3/4" barbs threaded into the legs of the valve...

Well after some experimentation with a couple different orders (both were wrong) the one I need is linked below.  Unfortunately the pictures and descriptions on several websites are lacking.  Anyway, I know what I need now for my Osprey (pic above) and it's not an emergency on my part.. just some upgrading.  Hope this helps!

Hi Bob.. I ordered Item# 9155 (3rd Order) from GoodBoatGear.com (pic above).  #9153 is the base mount version and #9155 is the flush mount version of the same valve.   My plan was to un-thread my existing hoses and thread them into the new valve.  Would this not work with the #9155? I know I need the flush mount version but when I look at the two I ordered in error they were no different except one came with threaded hose barbs and the other did not.

This is way to complicated.. lol   However, I appreciate your help making sense of these as the descriptions are cryptic.

Bruce, I do believe you ordered the correct valve, 1/2" threads will accept the barbs from your old valve.

How I installed those valves back then was to take them apart so that the circular face plate under the handle mounted flush, with the valve assy t/bolted behind it.  When you take your old one off, you'll see how it's done...

Swapped out my valve this weekend.  Easy peasey except for removing the old handle.  That booger was a real pain to get off.  Besides that, plug and play.  Water tested her on Sunday and no leaks!  Nice not to have to break a sweat turning that valve now!  Thanks for your help Bob.  The flush mount with threads was the ticket!
