Got the boat in the garage before the storm. Could not get the trailer in the garage so built a pair of carriages - a bit of an adventure getting it in. If anyone sees anything that could be adjusted - I would appreciate it. It will stay in there for the winter, plan to replace the fuel tank.

What is keeping the vertical timbers under the stern from spreading apart?

Gonna be nice having her inside, tight fit ain't it?

Very tight fit and yes it will be very nice  - I am going to start the tank removal soon - will post progress and seek assistance probably.  
There are 45 degree braces from the 2x10ish to the 2x4. You can see it poking out from under the blanket. I noticed that the blanket moved a bit on the opposite side where most of the pressure is. Do you think this will create a stress problem on the hull.?

Think of the weight of the hull translating throught the blanket to the corner.. It will be high point stress, but to high? I don't know...



I am such a whack job that I would scribe the hull shape on the cradle, then whack the bevel off with enough allowance to get a 2x6 in there to spread the load ..

Maybe some blocks under the chines might be easier...
