I'm getting continuity between the positive and negative even after separating the melted together wire bundles. Could be in the starter motor, as that's where the main ground terminates to. First things first, the boats electrical. Then the motor. BTW, the 2GA cables going back to the motor from the batt are in excellent shape. Your bilge...OMG!!!
