Now the question that I'm surprised Bruce didn't ask, because he knows the answer...how the hell does one get back to the bolts? Either going with a telescoping 3 or even 4 step like Marc, or with the removable dive ladder like Pete and Bruce, you're looking t/bolting everything. Pete's was installed at the factory, no problem their as the mount was t/bolted to the hull before the boat was decked. Soooo, Bruce knows the trick, cut a 3 3/8" hole in the side of the splashwell (will be covered by a 4" screw down pie plate) to access both the bolts on the old ladder and on the new, whichever style you decide to go with...Back to football!
