The only possible impropriety on this pristine vessel is the stern lifting eye below the port side pedigree may perhaps appear slightly askew at certain angles.

Otherwise ....she is rigged and ready for any offshore adventure

Members and new members...this is a spoof on an occurance four years ago.

I took an old grandpa at his word...the boat purchased was described as above...and the pics shown are what was received. Without the hull damage from being dropped fifteen feet onto concrete.

"Must see to believe"....Captain Bob pegged it....don't take anyone's word, no matter if it's your grandaddy.....go see it. The good members here offered to go see the boat on my behalf. I didn't want to bother my new friends...and the old Marco Island bluebird bastard took me...hook, line, and sinker.

I lost 5K on the deal. For those interested, it is on the "Caveat Emptor" thread on classifieds.

A dream purchase became a nightmare. The old cheat was 82 years old. If he has passed, he went straight to Hell. If he hasn't, he'll be there soon enough.

It's been four years...and yep, the lost 5K still hurts. But what bothers me the most is how an old man, with the clock ticking on his time here, knowingly deceived his fellow man. I wasn't brought up like that. In my business, it's easy to screw people, and some have done so. I'd rather die poor than to die rich, knowing I got rich by cheating folks.

Never seen an award given for the richest man in the graveyard.
