Another question how can I repair under rub rail all the screws are lose and tore out how can I fill in.

Easiest/best is to remove the rubrail, sand off the mess, then fill the holes with marine-tex, etc.

Then reinstall the rail, screwing to fresh glass, rather than where the holes were.

On my 91 WAC, they're rivets. At least the ones I can see are.
