Thanks for all the positive feedback!

And just to clarify the colors are ice blue with the flag blue boot stripe and eggshell bottom and inside.  I'm going to be putting Captain Navy canvas on and should match pretty well.

Here's a quick pic of the finished product.  Just a few minor things that need to be done.  I'll add some more pics when I get a chance.

I would have to say that's one of the nicest boats i have seen on this site. The color scheme really brings out the lines of the boat. Congrats.

Hello:

New to the forum. Hope to be starting a rebuild on a 22 2 shortly. Love this boat. Can anyone tell me what type of console this boat has? Also, what shop did the work. I am hopefully going to be doing my work on my own but it would be great to know who did this work.
Thanks,
Ed

Ed, welcome aboard, thank you for joining!

The console is narrower than stock, which is the way most have gone lately. Leaves plenty of room to move around the top/tower.

Appears Capt E did the demo, and a shop did the work. After review, the shop wasn't mentioned....but what a beautiful job

Will attempt to locate the shop....Thanks! :thumright:

Based on the name on the trailer, and the boats next to it in a shop picture a few pages back, and Capt. E's location, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it was Andros Boatworks.  Just guessing though.

Excellent guess, you are correct!

Spoke with the nice folks at Andros. They assisted in the restoration for their personal friend Captain E.

They do not offer rebuilds to the general public; however, they do offer custom towers, tanks, and aluminum fabrication via their in-house shop.

They are also happy to make recommendations and offer assistance to boat owners.

Andros top with upper station:
