I just purchased a 2002 205 Osprey with a 200hp Johnson. The boat is great, but I have a few questions to repair something's that are not working.

1st.  The floor fish boxes. (answered on the forums) I found that the SPX macerator pump gets submerged in the bilge area where aquasport mounted it. Water intrusion ruins the pump

2nd Anchor Locker does not have a drain. Retaining water. Any ideas would be appreciated. I could probably drill a drain hole, but I'm not sure of the layout, so I don't screw it up

The fishbox drains should be tee'd together, relocate the pump to a higher area, a new 1 1/2" hose from the drain tee to the pump will be needed.  The pump can pull that short of a distance.

As far as your anchor locker, most are drained in this manner.  Drill a 3/8" hole in the floor in the aft starboard corner of the locker, angling out through the hullside.  Cover the hole on the hull with a clamshell facing aft and pointed downward at about a 45 degree angle...

No this is not your model, not even an Aquasport.
Yes it is a pic of an anchor locker and the clam shell drain.
No it's on the port side and is forward not aft in the locker (see I told ya it was different).

Illustration is what the link is for.
If the site of splintered gel coat makes you queasy, this might not be for you but.....

You get the idea.
Hole aft drains locker overboard while clam shell drain limits water from entering while underway.
Neat, clean look and difficulty level runs parallel to your skills.
