Got a new battery cable today- 2GA tinned, ran it and boom- cranked right up! I love this website!
Took the boat out this afternoon and it ran really well!

Well that is some good news! You ought to cut the old cable open and see how bad it was. I am betting black, black, black. Maybe some green in there too!
