i dont have a door currently.  i have the frame which i can get pics and dimesions of.  honestly might as well get that new also.  its not in great shape.  maybe there are options for materials.  just looking for something that looks decent on the not so expensive side.  there is nothing on the console now.  its just open and ugly.

Hi Jim,
Finally found some time to install the doors
They fitted perferfect
The whole frame is a little off level so they leaning a little to starboard
The result is awesome

I start to finish all the wood (beside the doors) with a clear coat for exterior use but it is burning off already
On the doors I tryed Tung oil will see how long that last in any case if not i do not need to sand just keep rubbing the oil on it
its difficult in the sun everything will burn of

Jim, would encourage you to post to Craig's, towns on the East Coast. Start at Miami, and run north all the way to Maine. Will be a bit of a chore....but you produce a quality specialty product. You're liable to be covered up with biz, and the advertising is free :salut:

Pretty work, keep posting your production.

Not an easy job to get right.... angles, correct stick spacing,  measurements, joiner work, finish work, etc.

Guys, for louvered hatches....Jim has it going on :thumright:
