Hey guys, I'm just not sure what to do with my boat....
It's got a mild case of hullside herpes, and as I'm sure some of you have read, it may or may not be cureable. Other than this affliction, it's a nice boat. It's pushing 40 years old and it looks like it, but its solid as they come without a rebuild. Floor doesn't flex whatsoever, transom is rock sold and has been reinforced and raised to 20", and it's got the nice transom wells I added on that I acquired from Luv2flycessna. Console from a 1998 Polar CC, and fitted bow cushions. I would also sell it with the troll motor.
Trailer is in good shape, with a new 3500lb torsion axle with new tires and galvanized rims.
I really like the boat, and if it weren't for the skin disease, I'd probably restore it eventually and keep it. If I decide to sell the boat, which I'm still on the fence about, I'm not going to sell it with the Suzuki. I'll keep that for the next rig, or sell it separately. I have 2 good running outboards that I could match up with this boat- a 1991 Johnson 90HP, and a 1998 Evinrude 150hp, both of which I don't have any special plans for. I picked them up when I was working at the dealership thinking they'd come in handy one day.
So with either of these combos, what do you guys think I should ask? I know I know, it's only worth what somebody's willing to pay for it, but lets say that somebody was one of you...?
Thanks
