Something not right about this, wonder how the heck he got it in the first place or if he's active duty trying to make a buck.

Yeah I think someone on active duty is selling OUR body armor or it is stolen.  That BS that stuff should be in the field helping protect a soldier.  If he is active duty I think a court marshal is in order.
