Southeast Octoberfest Reunion - Back to Southport!

Yes, it's a way off, but let's lock it in!  After much discussion, it seems most folks want to go back to Southport, NC for the Octoberfest Reunion!    

Mark October 12 and 13 on your calendars - we will meet and hang out Friday night, fish on Saturday, and have the 3rd Annual Classic Aquasport Octoberfest on Saturday night.   :bounce:

There may even be edible fish caught this year

We have a great base of existing members...plus many new Classic Aquasport members who we promise will have a wonderful weekend. Southport is a beautiful area to fish and cruise. Very scenic...and the admirals will enjoy it too.

And...we eat like kings

Please mark your calenders for the middle of October...jumbo Stump Sound succulent single oysters on me!!

I would suggest coming down on the evening of October 11th (my birthday if anyone needs to go ahead and pick up a gift ) and fish Friday and/or Saturday.  That will give us two days just in case the weather is bad we will have a back up day.  Didn't you guys fish two days in Charleston??

No problem if you need to keep it like it is.  I plan to come down early to fish with Scott anyway

For our new members....here is a link to the first Octoberfest reunion, 2010. As you can see, you fish right on the beach, and it is always calm there. Even in a north wind (typical that time of the year) the beach there is in a lee. Man what a pretty spot!!
