First time out in the boat today!
« on: March 08, 2012, 06:29:11 PM »
All was good. Came home, let it idle for about 8 minutes to clean out the salt, gave the whole boat a nice bath... Life is good.

Who knows where I can get a decent pump for the fish wells on the sides of the aft deck? That and to do the drain plug I think is all that I need to do.

Glad to hear all went well on the first trip  :salut:

Is there a pump in there now or is it plumbed for one.

Carl,
How much do you want to spend on a pump?

I don't know how much a pump costs, so I really don't know. I'm sure I could afford to fix it "right," but I'm a thrifty SOB. It's plumbed for one, and the tubes go into some weird mini garbage disposal type deal in the aft part of the hull. The fish boxes aren't really big, and I'd guesstimate around 15-20 gallons a piece, so it doesn't really need to be that powerful.
