I always go to Publix for subs to take out on the boat.  I like to keep my tummy full and busy while out on the water.  I have them put them in zip lock bags so they don't get soggy in the cooler.

I always go to Publix for subs to take out on the boat.  I like to keep my tummy full and busy while out on the water.  I have them put them in zip lock bags so they don't get soggy in the cooler.

And add the mayo later, as well as a touch of oil and vinegar...chilled, of course...

Reminds me, have to dig the cooler out.  No worries, Fernando, it ain't a 96 qt we have to find room for...

I have a 72 qt on the boat,  it's plenty big enough for all the beverages and sandwiches. By all means bring it and we will figure things out before we pull out of the driveway.

Yup I usually just get the condiments in the packets.  The Publix deli is very accommodating when I tell them I'm taking the subs out on the boat...  and man do those things taste good out on the water... dang now you made me hungry!
