Bruce,
Watched the vid.  There is something wrong with this family that plugging a laptop with a .45 ain't gonna fix.  While I applaud the father for putting out there what he did, that girl just didn't learn her disrespect or callousness from her "friends" on FB...

There's more to it than meets the eye...

Just watched the vid.

Lot to think about there. It was okay until the end. The guy went off. Not pretty. He condemned his kid for a knee jerk reaction...but his was worse. Like you guys said...she learned it somewhere.

Most likely he was an abused child. As he said, he left the house at 16.

That kid had it a lot different than any of my three. They didn't have chores. Wouldn't have done them anyway. Their mother didn't believe in them...and I know why. Her mom worked her pretty hard as a kid.

Raising kids up right isn't easy.
