The guy in the first video is going to be very tender between his legs even without thinking his privates - just that rod butt will hurt and bruise whatever it rides against with that brute on the other end.

Watched another vid, the one with the cheerleader lady. She didn't use a belt or harness either...must be a reason. Part of the captain's technique I reckon.

He's guides all over down there but he's based out of Uncle Henry's on Boca, he's good buddies with Capt Scott Moore if you know him, These days he's more into fly fishing, he one of the high ups in the FFF.
