Can anyone tell me some details on a 24.5 express fisherman that has a 200 yamaha ox 66, I am looking for some specs on the boat, and also what kind of top end and cruise speed I can expect out of this boat, with this power, anything would help, thanks guys,
Also if anyone Knows if Aquasport made a 1983 Express Fisherman 25' and a 24.5', I am not sure which it is, I see them listed as both lengths, I thought it was onyl 24.5, but I may be wrong.
Thanks, JOE

It is 24.5, but you know the ol' round up the LOA for the boat trader trick....

Jim, thank you so much, that literature was exactly what I was looking for. I recently purchased a 1983 246 xf that is in excellent shape, it needs a little cosmetic work, but is very sound, I want to restore it to its original condition , the pic you sent will help so much, I have been working on a 69 222, and came across this boat, it was a great deal that I could not pass up. When I finish my 69 I may sell it, if anyone is interested. The 83 246xf is much more of an offshore boat for me.
Thanks again Jim

Glad I could help, Joe... Can you post some pictures of your boat?

Mine is an 81 ccf but the same hull exactly. I had a 250 ox66 and it would top out at around 40mph WOT. I got about .7 mpg. I have been in the rebuild process for about a year now. The longest thing is waiting on the paint job which is where it is right now. It is painted but every weekend I want to pick it up, it has been raining. I dont want to pick it up with the rain and the graphics that are going on it, I would prefer to put them on in the dryer atmosphere. It has been there all winter. I am in no hurry but now I have the money to get the motors, I am going up to twin 140s, and I am getting antsy. The boat is great but the ride is DAMN wet in anything over short intervalled 2' seas.
