22-2 Flatback Cad Drawing
« on: November 29, 2011, 02:38:22 PM »
Hello All, Winter time up here in Narragansett RI although its 60 today, anyway its time to work on inside projects. I'm looking to see if anyone has a CAD drawing of the 22-2 flatback that they can share?
 Thanks, Joe

Wow, never heard that request before! You know these were all original hand drawn blueprints 45 years ago that as far as anyone knows are long gone. I've never heard of anyone replicating an old 22-2 flatback onto CAD files.

Redrawing from paper to cad of older boats happens all the time, i was just hoping someone before me had done some of the work, i have it about a third done now!

Just did a quick wire frame of it.  Its not perfect, but dimensions should be close. I was just eyeballing it off drawings from the gallery.  What are you using it for?

Here's a 22-2 line drawing from an old Yachting article.  I can e-mail a high-res version if it would help:
