Tofu Recipes ?

A well-dressed man approached a woman at a health food store and in a clipped British accent asked her exactly what she did with the tofu in her basket.

She said she normally puts it in the refrigerator, looks at it for several weeks and then throws it away.

The man replied, "That's exactly what my wife does with it.
I was hoping you had a better recipe."

I tried it a couple times and it's of no value to me.

Meat...and more meat!  Never tried soybean protein products, and probably never will!

They can make it look like just about anything and it takes on the taste of what it's cooked with.

Kinda like the cedar plank recipe for possum.  Cook a possum on a cedar plank like you would a pork roast.  When done, throw out the possum and eat the cedar plank.

I'll take the beef.  The dog might like beef flavored tofu...
