Those look great  :!:
Wonder if they'll stand up to a bait bucket drifting down the side of the boat and then being retrieved  :roll:

They look awesome!  But they are missing the small print that goes under Aquasport.

Correctomundo!  It should read;

AQUASPORT INC., HIALEAH, FLA                R

with a circle around the R.

Lol!

Hell if you are going to go thru all the trouble to reproduce the badges they should be identical to the originals. If not just go with the SS knock offs.

There are several reasons why they did not put on the Hialeah and the copyright symbol.   The main reason is the way the badges are CNC cut.  The bit required to do that would super tiny.  As it is the badges are cut in .002 increments and take ALL day to cut out.  So the cost for that detail would be VERY high.  The other reason is you can't put a copyright or TM on something you didn't create!   Now they might be able to put on Haileah part on using vinyl letters but they would be very hard to cut and get to stay on there.  The stainless steel ones are cool for a modernized boat but I think they would be out of place on a restored boat.

Got 'em on the 170 with 5200 using the (helpful) instructions from Kenton at boathelpshop.com. For example, using a flat toothpick to apply rice-grain-sized dabs to the back of the badge and having pieces of masking tape on hand to keep the badge in place until the adhesive cures...

I'd love to share pics with my threads; I have lots and took step-by-step photos of my badge installation for use in a magazine article. The problem is, I can't figure out how to post photos on this site, and every time I try (as I did again just now) I get conflicting information or what I try doesn't work. I admit I'm not the sharpest hook in the box, but I'm on a computer every day, send photos all over the country for my articles, so I'm no Luddite either. If and when there is a simple way to post -- say, the way I post pics on Craig's List -- I'd be doing it!

This is the second pinned post in this forum. Also pinned in other forums

1). Read entire thread  :idea:

2). If you are still having problems using Fearless Leaders post, refer to mine further down in the thread (as in read entire thread). :idea:
Disclaimer: Not responsible for beer tastes in thread. :drunken:

3). Remember that there will be times when this Forum will tell you that the photos are not the correct width/height. Once you are absolutely sure you have followed both sets of directions and your pic size is in the allowable parameters, don't give up. You my need to leave the Forum and return or delete the copied pic and re-post several times. This doesn't happen often but on rare occasions, does (at least to me).

Be persistent and good luck.

As always, first one's free. :mrgreen:
