Drano bombs have been around forever.  Stupid, yes.  Put your eyes out, yes.  Not quite a felony in my opinion unless they were actually trying to blow up instead of just making noise.  All they need is an ass whuppin from Dad.

If I had been arrested for felonies for all the stupid stuff I did as a teenager I imagine I would be a lifer.

i tried this "bomb" when i was 11, got it from "the anarchist cookbook".  Fortunately i was too stoopid to get  it work. Add it to the long list of stuff I did back then that i would get arrested for now.

I am a democrat and very liberal, so pick on me as you will; however nothing gets me more angry then when society tries to legislate stupidity out of existence.
