Pretty much in between seasons up here in NY so I went out to kill a couple of hours in the bay.

We call them Weakfish or SeaTrout
Weakfish name comes from the very soft mouth that tears so easy because of this you need to use a very light drag but they are very strong fighters.Makes them a real challange to boat especially when they get into the low teen weight. the others are porgys fun on light tackle.

Oh Ya in the 70's you could sunk your boat with 10 to 15 lbers in a couple of hours.  :D  :D
