Yeah look back in the wake the waverunners were loving this thing!
WOT about 43 mph at 5300 rpm. It really cruises nice around 3500 to 4000 and about 30 mph.
I cannot believe how quiet this motor is, very easy to have a conversation while cruising. We went about 1/3 of the way down Lanier and back, a total of around an hour with absolutely zero issues from the motor. Once warm it cranks on the first touch of the key.

Pic 3? Love it...
I love it too..ESPECIALLY pic # 3. Nothing better than kids enjoying the world we've been given. Lew...what a terrific day, congrats on the splash!
And CH...Exactly my thinking as well.
Lew...what a nice ride...like the '67 Sting Ray we've spoken of recently. The culmination of a very successful, very desirable quality run. Your 22-2 is a morph between production runs...has features that are emulated in rebuilds today.
And your motor...I ran one just like her...first generation loop-charged OMC V-6. At that point in time...they had finally taken notice of a Japanese outfit called Yamaha...they had to step up...you have a sweet motor there bro.
Thanks for the splash Lew <!-- s:cheers: -->

Look on the bright side Lewis, the trailer seems to sink very well.

Here is a link to a little video I shot while Bridget was driving the other day. My friends wife obviously doesn't know what an Aquasport is
. I think you get an good idea of how it runs.
