Yes, Bruce, interesting.  Attorney of record in 1968...Scott Johnson.  Attorney of record in 2001?  Scott Johnson...

Loyal employee, huh?

CJ,
I believe, without going back to Marc's link, it was/is Scott W. Johnson.  Just find it AWFUL interesting that in 1968 and in 2001, the same name pops up.  I mean, you gotta figure, Jacobs probably had/has a whole building in Minneapolis just for his legal staff...

Found this on the US Trademark office site:

Wing I think you'll have to do a screen capture because both links timed out.

Ron Wilhoit who owns Boat Haus in Sarasota told me he bought a bunch of old Aquasport parts and tooling. He might know who owns the trademark.

Sorry NE, it's Rob Wilhoit.  We both worked at WC/AS at the same time.  He doesn't know either, as both of us left long before WC stopped the AS brand, and long before they picked up shop and moved north...

I don't know if anybody would be interested but I own a Promotional products business and if we could determine the copyright issues for the logos I would be interested in supplying some gear to sell here on the site.
Off the top of my head I would like to do some hats and polo shirts etc. Profits could be used to help maintain the site.
My company name is Iron Dolphin Inc. you can look at my web site www.irondolphin.com
Let me know your thoughts.
