Yeah I have seen those.  Amazing boat.  My Mother and Grandfather used to race Chris Craft Runabouts around Grand island in the 1950s.  In fact my Grandfather won the 1957 nationals in his custom built Chris Craft runabout.  So a boat like this with the retro styling has a strong appeal to me.  If I only had the cash for one.

Scott, yeah, I did!  When I was a youngster, we used to vacation at the Azure Tides motel just south of the Sheraton Sandcastle and the old Lido Casino.  My brother and I would walk, in the water (and swim), almost all the way around Lido Key...then we'd go to Tail 'o the Pup on St. Armands for some of the best hot dogs...

$90K?  That's nuts!!!  I'll pay $90K for a wooden Chris fully restored, but not for a teak decked out Glastron...

That was "as tested" price. You could get ur down in the 70s with the base engine and no fancy prop.  :compress:

That work for ya?

CB, the base motor SHOULD be the 5.7 w/ a duoprop.  Optional 6.2 and 8.1...

So what's the base, a 4.3 and an SX drive?  $70K?  Don't think so...

Took it from here Bob but it appears to be somewhat dated. Scroll down toward the bottom for pricing.
http://www.boattest.com/boats/boat_video.aspx?id=2256

Thought the Aussie said in the vid link that the 320 hp was the big boy but that vid may be outdated too.

Whatever the cost, it's still out of my range by about $75-80K.

Maybe next year's model. :(
