Yes they are. Thats what make changing them easier then an aluim. one. Also I'm using 5200 on the screws instead of epoxy. I think it will do the same thing as epoxy for this application. Lock the screws and seal the holes. I do have to make onecorrection. I'll use epoxy to seal the wood in the transom at the 3/4 inch hole. I just finished one tab instal. And I was glad to see, when drill the holes. Nothing but wood chips. no wet wood at all.

You know I was just thinking. And I all ready know. Not to do to much of that. It hurts your brain. Bwahahaha Not to be giving a blow by blow of this install. But I guess I am. Its some times better to be lucky then good. I used a 25/32 drill instead of the ¾ to allow for the epoxy. ( just kidding. that’s the only drill I had close to ¾ because I broke my ¾ and haven’t replaced it yet) But after drilling the holes. I reached inside the bilge and the bit was just touching the vertical wall. Man that was luck and only luck. Bwahahahaha also I’m at a stand still. The hose length that comes with this kit is 8ft. Not near enough to get to the console . Soooo I’m off to the auto parts store to see if they have any hydraulic hose that size. My shift and throttle cables are 16 feet. So I’m guessing that is what it will take to get them equal and the port side to the console. Tom I may be hitting on you to buy more from, if I can't get it local. if thats is ok?

Tom tried every place around here. But no body has anything even close. I would have bet that the hot rod shop would have had it for custom work. But no. Sooo it look as if I will need another 8 foot for the port side and I guess 8 foot for the starboard side. Just to keep them even. Just let me know the cost and I’ll send you a check. I’ll pm you my address. Thanks salt.

In case anyone is interested. I run my tubing, up the port feed tube. So the starboard side tubing took 15 foot. To reach the inside of the console of my 222ccp. Soooo since the M120 trim tab kit. Comes with two 8 ft. lengths. You will need 14 more feet, 4 compression fittings and two couplers to complete the installation. so get it when you order your kit. just call Bennett. Tabman (tom) helped me with the tubing and nuts. Thanks again Tom. I got my couplers at Home Depoe. I did what Seabob said to do. Sooooo Thanks to Bob as well. Then you will be able to start and complete the installation, with out any down time.

No not yea Tom. I just got every thing done. Tue. I had to get ready for a class I teach. And the wind is going to be up for the rest of the week Soooo I’m going to have to wait till next week, till this storm goes by. But I’m looking forward to trying them off shore. I was getting tired of the bow riding to high. I now should be able to bring it down.
