Yep, several were reported down there yesterday morning. Very weird. Rarely do we get weather off the ocean, other than tropical or northeasters.
Those people on the beach running towards it had a screw loose. People that see them up close say they are almost hypnotic. Not that that's any excuse for stupidity.
