I have been here seven days and I have not seen one single bumper sticker or sign with her name, including in Wasilla. Not quite sure what that's about. I guess the locals don't think as much of her as she does herself.
I took a drive up north today and Wasilla was about as far as I got. The weather has been great the last three days, sunshine 68/50. About the time I got to Wasilla the clouds blew in and it started drizzling and cooling off so I turned around and came back to Anchorage and spent the afternoon watching movies on Netflix.
I did hear that Thursday morning it was so clear one could see Mt. McKinley from Anchorage. I think that's like 170 miles as the crow flies.
