Forecast calls for pain :(

Ouch. :(  Look at that wind...

Well, its a little over a week out, so hopefully the forecast will change like it usually does.  Its supposed to rain all next week... no good for fishing.

It's honking over here today.  The powerboat races tomorrow should be interesting with the weather man calling for 6-10' seas.

The ramp is near the Stono River.  Here is a post answering a question about where to fish in the Stono River:  "Sorry if it seems like a smart ass suggestion, but the Stono is just a place that seems to hold fish everywhere. Creek mouths, oyster mounds, oyster bars, you name it, there's probably a fish lurking next to it."    :fish:   I'm starting to get excited!!   :bounce:

I don't think I'm quite old enough for reading glasses just yet, but maybe Team Slipaway will be interested.  Could give the captain an edge

Who am I kidding, I need glasses to navigate my hallway.

Just returned from a friend's house who is a licensed captain/professional guide on the Stono.

We got on Google Earth, we're good to go guys. Two things are a must-have: trolling motor and livewell.

He said the KM fishing on the offshore art. reef wasn't worth messing with, so I'm going to leave that gear at home.
