aquasport weight limit question

Hi I am a new owner of 1987 aquasport 170 and the coastguard tag has been removed and wondering what the weight limit and person limt is on the boat?   I really enjoy my boat and just wanting to find out some info about it...   thanks for your help

Based on my experience (I do have some in this area), 4 persons (at 150 lb. per) plus 300 lbs of gear, assuming full fluids.  Total weight capacity around 900 lbs, so subtract persons from additional weight...

Yes, believe it or not, CG and NMMA rate a "person" at 150 lbs...

Mine was labeled for 5 people when I bought it. Can't read now, but 5 makes it crowded.

3 people make it crowded - a perfect 2 person boat, one fishin in the front one fishin in the back.
