Floor support

Does anyone know if it is a good idea to put a 2x10x16 all around the bottom of the inner walls floor support?   :?

Ok, sorry, I have no idea what you're talking about.  Where in the floor?  Really need pics to understand what you need.  See RickK's "how to post pics" link.

Typically I don't ever see lumber used as a support - it's either plywood, foam, or some other composite.

Omar,

Stay away from any kind of timbers like that. All you will get is weight, rot and little strength.
