Anyone familiar with this company, quality of the work, etc?http://www.cuttingedgeboattops.com Looking at one of their leaning posts in the $395.00 to $650.00 range to replace the two standard swivel pedestals on the 222 CCP. If anyone has suggestions of other companies to consider - or +/- comments from someone who's made the change - that'd be good, too. Thanks.
FL Chris-Workmanship looks very solid in your posted pics on the thread Bob referred me to. Sounds like you're happy with the quality. If you don't mind me asking a few questions...is it installed, have you had the boat out, what do you think? You went with the 34" wide leaning post - is that the same width as your console? Sure would like to see this in person before buying - but this'd be a mail order deal for me.Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
you also don't want to become better friends with you buddy than you might want...
It looks like a nice leaning post at a decent price. I'm going to save the web page for when I'm ready to buy one. One comment, I'd recommend the style that has storage under the seat. Had one like it on my old Whaler and it was darn useful.
