Hey, Scott!   I made it too!  Nothing exciting on my last leg of the journey...thankfully!  It was great meeting you as well.  Thanks for everything!  You really have something to be proud of there!

You forgot to mention the close call at the beginning of the trip.  Well, I guess it was more than a close call - especially for that poor racoon  .

And lastly, in case anyone doesn't believe you towed your boat to Florida, here is the proof

Welcome to Florida!

Craig

Howdy boys, Its me, Scott.....I'm here!!!

Had a smooth trip down, we used the radios A LOT!

Couple of close calls on the road (in Jax) a camper pulled in front of me to avoid another truck) but we're good!

It was great meeting Craig, super guy, fun to hang with :thumright:

Out in the yard with Farl....really appreciate everything guys, thanks!!

Will post some pics here in a little bit after get settled in.

REALLY GLAD to be in the great state of Florida

Well I wouldn't go that far...

Just got off the phone with Scott and Farley, all is VERY well, Farley says she is gorgeous, can't wait to get her this Monday!  Sorry about it being a little chilly here, but, as all us FL boys know, it is wintertime, and we DO get a little chilly...although this afternoon was beautiful!

Scott's wire and cable came in today from Greg's Marine Wire, and all his terminals, bus bars, and fuse block came from genuinedealz...

Yep, 100' of 4GA red, 50' of 4GA Yellow, all his pumps and ancillary stuff is 14GA, lighting and nav lights 16GA, 10GA for longer runs, all properly color-coded. All heat shrink/adhesive lined terminals (love those things!), tinned copper battery lugs (where my handy dandy hydraulic crimper from HF comes in...), the fuse block (6 gang) and bus bars are Blue Seas.  Will be contacting Teak Isle for the battery switch box, BEP "mini" switches, ah, more stuff to get!!!

Scott, tell Farley to email me so I can send you the Super Bowl spread sheet.  I know I have his address somewhere...just don't remember where!

Gary thanks...it was a be-atch in that heavy wind most of the day. The boat would drift in the other lane  (fast lane) quickly...you had to watch it.

Thankful to be here safely :thumright:

Best,

Talked to Scott about an hour ago...he was in Merritt Island, seems the powerheads don't want to give up the drive shafts!  Farley is hard at work as I type...

Says he likes it down here in the winter time!  Is a gorgeous day, ain't it?  We should see around 73 this aft...
