We were up at the inlaws all day and on the way back home we were listening to "Chuck radio" here in ATL and heard that same Bananarama song at the same time you were listening to it down there! I was watching the video just now and told Bridget listen to what Bob had on the radio! That's pretty dang cool!

Boat is looking great and already started packing for the trip south!

And a little video for Scott's enjoyment, Dave Burr, pay close attention at the end...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AvK3W_3M ... AQ&index=1

So there I was, minding my own business and enjoying the video when I see what's written on the first (and no I ain't gonna spoil it), and I'll be dadblagged if'in I didn't start to look down, damn Bob you got me!!  :salut:

And yes that was a beautiful day to go out to go out to Davis island.. The flattest spot above high water mark was right next to the flower garden of the house.  We got in and out of there without blowing the late roses flat or any shingles off the roof.. All in all a good day, and the patient ended up doing well too!

Miss D continues to develop into a piece of fine art..

Was real pleased as to how the "medicine" worked out, really didn't think I'd be able to do chit today.  Better life through chemicals, as they say...

Lewis, just before "Cruel Summer" is Wang Chung's "To Live and Die in L.A.", love that tune, and just after it, AHA, "Take on me".  Yes, I am an 80's kid...

Hitting the hay soon, THE BINNACLE GET'S HOOKED UP TOMORROW!!  ENGINES WILL BE RUN!!!

Based on this morning's marine forecast this photo appears to be quite appropriate.

As promised, binnacle done and engines running...HAPPILLY!  Fortunately, I've been around the block a time or 2 on these old Morse controls (may say Teleflex on the side, but we know better... ), so getting the adjustments was no big deal.  Farley's main concern was engagement of reverse, and, as you can see from the vid, that is no prob...

Neutral safetys work as they should, kill switches likewise...all is good in motor land!! :thumleft:  :thumleft:  :thumleft:

Looks good and sounds good Bob!  I missed it but Amy caught it and started laughing...  i asked her what was so funny and she said Bob should be careful about pulling out his little hose!

Nice Bob!
Did you order the oil tank vent caps? I didn't see them on the oil tanks. I'm not sure why someone would remove them to begin with but we'll need them to keep the oil from running out of the tank when Scotty fills the oil tanks up and tilts the engines. Also, I'm thinking of running the main tank initial fill (10-20 gallons) on pre-mix then marking the oil tanks and making sure these engines have oil pumps that are working correctly. Plus a little 24-1 wont hurt them at all after they've been sitting for several years and only just recently been idled.
