Put her in the water last Saturday for her maiden voyage in NC with me as the new ownner.  The engine had not been started since January 11th.  Fired up on second turn of key and ran like a sewing machine.  Never took the time during the sea trial to notice how well this motor runs.  Have heard great things about the OX-66 and I can see why.

Boat handled great as expected.  Just need to learn how to operate the trim tabs    Here are some pictures:

Updated splashwell with new door and teak:

My daughter Olivia at the bow

My wife Jennifer and other daughter Charlotte sitting on my new custom cushion for coffin box.  Went with 4" thick marine foam

I like the anchor hatch!

Mark - Roger would not recognize this thing. We have done a lot of work to it since it left Florida.

My daughters looked exactly like those two at that age. Happy, healthy, pretty blue-eyed blondes.

Congrats JD.

Thanks Marc and Scott    Marc, took your advice on the lexan for my instrument panel.  This will be temporary because I would like to recess the gauges as they once were.  Also finished the teak on the console.
