That is one seksy boat JD! You have to be proud as a new daddy. Seeing how your boat turned out gives guys like me that are new to Aquasports even more reason to bear down and make 'em purdy again!
By the way, I saw on an earlier page where you were curious about the size of the tank. If you took some dimensions, I can help you out with that.
The formula is cu. ft. X 7.48052= gallons. In your case (with the v-shaped tank), you get the width for your calculation by adding the width at the top and the width at the bottom, then divide by 2 for your average width. (I don't mean to insult you if you already knew that, but some people don't.)
Anyway.... Thanks for the pics. She's a beauty!

Thanks for the nice words Brent    Much appreciated :thumleft:   Just trying to get the ole girl looking as good as she can.  I am pleased with my progress and after only 1 year she looks like a different boat from when I picked her up last January.  Still have several things to accomplish in the next 2 months such as spreader lights for t-top, under gunnel blue LED'S, all new switches and switch panel made out of starboard, etc.  Thanks again Brent :salut:

The boat looks great...i was wondering how the durabak was holding up after a couple months? I really want to do a grey nonskid on my classic seacraft but was worried about if it gets too hot, and if it holds up well...id love to hear your experience

Thanks Gonzo :!:   Pm sent regarding the Durabak.

Got gunnell LED strip lights installed.  Got these from Chris' lights and ordered through Seabob.  These things are bright  I am mounting more forward of the console in a few days.  These are night pictures so I did the best I could.

Got the rest of the blue strip led lights installed for the cockpit.  Mounted the strip lights on the coffin box for the forward lighting.  Coffin box has a "lip" that overhangs where it joins.  Great place to put strip lights.  Lights the cockpit up great

So, we will have to make the rear piece and weld it to the bracket.  I am not worried about this for strength, just looks.

pretty sure with the lack of rot in the transom that it will be extremely solid once the bracket is in place and bolted on.

we will take lots of pictures for posting!

Mike if you are handy with a TIG torch or know someone who is, you can V the halves of the bracket before you weld them up and crown the puddle a little. Then grind-sand-polish back to any finish you want and know one will know it was welded...

Got my new switch panel made and installed.  Made it out of 1/2" starboard.  Went with the Carling switches.  As you can see from the first picture, it had the plastic housing with recessed switches.  Never was a fan of that.  Nothing like a Seabob job, but thought it turned out good considering I made it from scratch with all new switches and wiring.

Special thanks to Seabob :salut:   Took a couple of phone calls and a short you tube video to help me figure out the wiring.  Thanks again Seabob

Here is what I had.  Trim tab control was mounted on this switch panel.  Moved it up near the wheel where it should be.

New panel:

Here is my next project.  New decals for the OX-66.
